You may need to save to your computer from various video sharing service videos for later viewing or just to watch them whenever you want without having your internet connection Be active. 1. Saving a video with Youtube after Keepvid (http://keepvid.com/lite/):
A. Choose your video on Youtube.

B. Copy the URL of this video (highlight the url => right click => copy).

C. Paste this URL into the address bar on KeepVid provided (right click => paste).

D. Click the "Download" button.
E. The download process is being prepared .... It can be shorter or longer depending on the size of the file.
F. Once the preparation of the file is complete, click on the link entitled "Download Link" and you can then download the video in its entirety.
2. . Save a video after Google Video using the extension Video Downloader for Firefox.
A. Install the Video Downloader extension then restart Firefox.
B. Go to the top of watching your video then left click on the icon Video Downloader
.
C. The following screen appears.

D. Click the "Download Line" (bottom left) and you can now download the entire video file on your computer.
Note: Most videos are in FLV (FLash Video), you will need a FLV player for playback on your computer. Nonetheless, it is easy to read and convert these videos to AVI (recognized by your video player) using free software like the excellent Riva FLV Encoder.
